Nuttea: nut-based bubble tea in London

There are numerous bubble tea spots in London today. Nuttea is one with a very unique selling point. Nuts. A completely vegan bubble tea spot that achieves this through the use of nuts to create nut milk! Five nuts are used to make the the nut mylk (and cream): macadamia, hazelnut, walnut, almond and cashew. A concept that is way ahead of its time. In a time when health consciousness is a big deal, Nuttea have created something that is delicious and good for health! Something that is on trend (bubble tea/fruit tea) and that is ahead of its time (nut mylk and cream). A very impressive concept. I would urge you to read more about them here: https://nuttea.net/about/

One of Taiwan’s best?

They have numerous branches around the world including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. They’ve been included in Taiwan’s top bubble tea spots due to their taste as well as their uniqueness (vegan and nut based). And with Taiwan being the home of bubble tea, that is no small feat. We are pleased they are here too in London! Currently they have a store in Soho and a small popup in Westfield Stratford.

The menu

Their menu is impressive as you can choose from tea, fresh fruit tea, nut mylk, nut mylk tea and pour over coffee. They have their best sellers displayed to give you a suggestion on what to try, but feel free to choose what tickles your fancy. I tried the Four Seasons Tea W/ Nut Cream as this was the best selling drink when we went. I would love to return and try some of their other drinks too including a fresh fruit tea and a nut mylk tea. The Strawberry Tea W/ Nut Cream and Brown Sugar Jelly Nut Mylk Tea sound particularly interesting. I can’t wait to go back!
