7ish Hours Smoked Short Ribs: For £18, indulge in British breed short ribs, masterfully smoked for approximately 7 hours. Served with a side of homemade pickled cucumber and a tantalising coffee BBQ sauce. This was delicious. You can really taste the quality of the meat and couple with the pickled cucumber you got yourself some delicious bites. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any of that coffee bbq sauce with it, so it was slightly dry and somewhat screaming out for a sauce.

12ish Hours Smoked Brisket Bun: Priced at £15, this creation is a testament to the artistry of smokehouse cuisine. A 12-hour smoked brisket takes centre stage, harmonising with sweet pickled red chillies and a unique coffee BBQ sauce, all cradled in a toasted brioche. The balance achieved in this dish is nothing short of perfection. The generous portion of meat finds harmony with the pickled chillies, and the distinctive coffee BBQ sauce elevates the experience to unparalleled heights. Everything came together perfectly in this one. The amount of meat you get may seem overwhelming and meaty, but the pickled chillies do really well to counter that and balance it out well. And then the super unique coffee bbq sauce just elevates it to the next level. I can only imagine how good this would’ve been on the short ribs.
