No.79 the best mousse cafe in Soho London

If you’ve seen the famous jiggly Japanese pancakes in Chinatown London, then you’ll know who Hefaure are. A small hole in the wall spot in Chinatown that always has long queues and people standing outside taking pictures of and eating the Japanese pancakes. Well, Hefaure, opened up a brand new dessert cafe, No.79, in Soho, specifically one that focuses on mousse.

A dedicated mousse cafe

If you’re a mousse lover, then this cafe has to be on your list to visit. They have a variety of mousse in a wonderful array of flavours and creaitve designs too. You’ll see mousse in the form of a dog, lion and rose among many others. You will see all the mousse for the day displayed right at the front as you enter the cafe. All the best when choosing as it is a very hard task!

After you’ve chosen, your mousse you enter the cafe. It is very nicely designed with a modern cave kind of feeling. I loved the colour and the decor of the place. I LOVED that they didn’t just copy every other dessert/tea spot that has opened up these past two years and just stick flowers on the wall. The decor is simple, minimalistic yet instagram worthy.

We opted for the white chocolate rose mousse and the hazelnut chocolate mousse. The texture of both were perfect literally. I preferred the rose, sweet due to the white chocolate, but not too sweet. You need a sweet tooth to enjoy this though I believe. The hazelnut chocolate one was good too, but I’m not a massive chocolate dessert fan, so it wasn’t for me.

They also do bubble tea now as well as the famous Hefaure pancakes. So, now you can enjoy the jiggy Japanese pancakes without the queues and also with comfortable seating.
